Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees (BoT) is the highest governing body of the University and is charged with the overall policy direction and financing of the University through the Governing Council.
Chancellor
The Chancellor is appointed by the Board of Trustees and is the highest principal officer of the University, and as such takes precedence over all other members of the University.
The Chancellor Chairs the Convocation ceremonies and other assemblies of the University held for the conferment of degrees, diplomas, certificates and other awards of the University.
Governing Council
The Governing Council is charged with the general control and superintendence of the policies, finance and properties of the University including its public relations.
University Management
The University Management is not a statutory organ of the University but is essential in assisting the Vice Chancellor in the day-to-day running of the University.
The functions of the University Management is to advise the Governing council on all matters relating to the affairs of the University in the sphere of its academic and administrative work.
